Every Bazsako piece is crafted and delivered with intention. Because of the rarity and exclusivity of our drops, all sales are final.

No returns for preference — we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, fit, or change of mind. Each purchase is a commitment.

Refunds only for damages — refunds are granted only if the item arrives damaged. In such cases, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with proof (photos/video), and we’ll guide you through the process.

Condition — the item must remain unused, with original packaging intact, to qualify for a damage-based refund.

Responsibility — once your order is delivered to the address provided, it is considered fulfilled and becomes your responsibility.
Bazsako does not deal in returns.
